When we think about hydration, water immediately comes to mind. But being hydrated is not as simple as just drinking a ton of water. In fact, overwatering can even lead to serious problems, such as hyponatremia. When we drink too much water, we dilute our blood sodium levels, which can cause unpleasant symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, mood swings, and muscle cramps.
