It’s also been very meaningful for helping my kids manage conditions like POTS and Type 1 Diabetes. POTS requires a high sodium intake, and LMNT has exactly that. And Type 1 Diabetes requires electrolytes without the glucose spikes that so many other electrolyte drinks cause.
We developed LMNT Recharge because we were frustrated with the lack of healthful electrolyte products on the market. We were fielding questions daily from people in our communities struggling to get adequate electrolytes, but could not recommend anything on the market.
